ASI Exhibitor Information

We are pleased to offer our first Vendor Exhibit at ASI this year with a dedicated Exhibit Hall for our valued sponsors. Only Corporate Partners are invited to participate. Our agenda includes having the Welcome Reception, continental breakfasts, and Thursday luncheon at the Exhibit Hall. We believe this will give you more time to network with the membership, promote your services and develop valuable connections for your business.

Exhibit Tables
A limited number of 6-foot exhibit tables are available for the Annual State Institute. All tables are located in the Creekside Room, the same space as the receptions, breakfasts, and luncheon. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on Wednesday, June 18 at 5:00 p.m.

Due to space issues at the hotel, there is a very short window to set up exhibits on Wednesday. Exhibits must be set up between 5:00p and 6:00p ONLY. The Welcome Reception will begin at 6:00p. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is a table-top program. There is no divided display space. Each exhibitor will receive a 6 ft. draped table and two chairs. Because there is minimal space between tables, all displays must either fit on top of a 6 ft. table or be no wider than 8 feet. Electrical outlets are available, however, you should bring your own extension cords as necessary. You may order a power cord and strip from the hotel (see link below).

Shipping Information
You may ship materials to the hotel in advance for $3.00 per box or $200.00 per pallet. Storage fees will be incurred if materials are shipped to the hotel before June 16. Please label boxes as follows:
